CELUS and NextPCB have entered a strategic partnership to integrate AI-driven electronics design with advanced PCB manufacturing and assembly services, aiming to streamline the entire product development lifecycle from concept to mass production.

The collaboration will provide NextPCB users with access to the CELUS Design Platform, enabling seamless idea creation, intelligent component selection, and automatic schematic generation. By combining CELUS’s AI-powered design capabilities with NextPCB’s production expertise, engineers can accelerate the transition from design to manufacturing, reduce manual effort, and mitigate supply chain risks.

“This collaboration connects design and manufacturing in a way that benefits engineers and product developers worldwide,” said Ivy Li, Head of International Business at NextPCB. “By leveraging CELUS’s AI-driven platform alongside our manufacturing capabilities, customers can move from idea to production with greater speed and reliability.”

The CELUS Design Platform allows engineers to start a project using system requirements or simple text prompts, generating validated schematic prototypes in hours rather than weeks. Powered by CELUS’s proprietary CUBO™ knowledge base, the platform automates component selection and provides real-time insights on pricing, lifecycle status, and availability, helping users proactively address supply chain disruptions and obsolescence risks.

To ensure compatibility with downstream processes, CELUS generates industry-standard Bill of Materials (BOM) files and supports native exports to leading electronic design automation (EDA) tools. This enables a smooth transition from design and layout directly into NextPCB’s one-stop manufacturing solutions, which include instant quoting, rapid PCB fabrication, reliable component sourcing, and high-quality assembly services.

“At CELUS, we believe in empowering the entire electronics ecosystem,” said Tobias Pohl, Co-Founder and CEO of CELUS. “This partnership with NextPCB provides engineers a direct bridge from intelligent design creation to trusted manufacturing, accelerating time to market and improving reliability.”

Industry analysts note that the collaboration reflects a broader trend of integrating AI design tools with manufacturing platforms to reduce development cycles and increase operational efficiency.
