Flow Technology introduces ClearPath Flow Series ultrasonic flow meter. It is designed for high-accuracy flow measurement in biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, chemical, and industrial applications. The in-line ultrasonic flow meter aims to provide precise and reliable fluid monitoring while maintaining cost efficiency.
The ClearPath Flow Series features an in-line ultrasonic flow sensor suitable for single-use, semi-permanent, or permanent installations. It is constructed with biopharmaceutical-grade PFA tubing, eliminating dead volume and preventing additional pressure drops. The all-plastic design, with no moving parts, is intended to enhance durability and long-term reliability.
The meter is available in two configurations: the QIT Series, an integrated model with built-in PCB and direct outputs for ease of use, and the QRT Series, a remote sensor version compatible with QRE Remote Electronics for advanced monitoring and adjustments. It offers an accuracy of ±0.5 percent under calibrated conditions, accommodates multiple line sizes, and includes output options such as 4-20mA, Scaled Frequency, and Modbus RTU communication.
