San Diego, California-based Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRG), a provider of advanced wireless connectivity solutions, has announced its first U.S. commercial partnership with a telecom systems integrator to accelerate deployments of its Lighthouse Smart 5G NCR across enterprise and commercial markets nationwide.
The agreement marks a significant milestone in Airgain’s Lighthouse launch strategy, establishing a foundational integration partner to drive early commercial deployments, validate scale, and accelerate time-to-revenue in the U.S. The integrator brings a pipeline of over 2,000 qualified enterprise and commercial sites across multiple verticals, giving Airgain immediate market access as Lighthouse transitions from trials to full commercial availability.
Lighthouse Smart 5G NCR is a compact, network-controlled repeater engineered to deliver high-performance 5G coverage indoors and outdoors without requiring fiber backhaul. The solution incorporates a smart antenna, active interference cancellation, carrier aggregation, and dual-operator configurations, enabling faster and more cost-effective 5G deployments at scale.
The system is particularly suited for upgrading existing 4G Distributed Antenna System (DAS) deployments to 5G, allowing enterprises to leverage current infrastructure while minimizing deployment complexity, reducing costs, and accelerating time-to-service compared with traditional solutions.
“With Lighthouse, we’re delivering a fundamentally better way for enterprises to extend 5G coverage indoors and outdoors—without ripping and replacing existing infrastructure,” said Brian Makarowski, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Airgain. “This partnership represents the first of several system integrator relationships we are establishing to support the Lighthouse commercial launch. By building a solid foundation of experienced integrators with active deployment pipelines, we’re scaling Lighthouse in a disciplined way that accelerates adoption and shortens time-to-value for customers.”
The partnership underscores Airgain’s go-to-market approach, which emphasizes collaboration with systems integrators capable of providing end-to-end design and deployment services. By aligning with integrators already serving enterprise, public-sector, and commercial real estate customers, Airgain aims to accelerate adoption of a practical, cost-effective 5G upgrade path in environments where reliable wireless connectivity is mission-critical.
