The provider of 3D printed, personalized orthopedic implant care, restor3d raises $38 million from existing and new private investors, including Summers Value Partners. The investments will fuel the company’s continued growth and the launch of four groundbreaking 3D printed product lines in 2025 and 2026.

“From the beginning, our mission at restor3d has been to transform orthopedic care through personalized, data-driven solutions,” said Kurt Jacobus, CEO and Co-Founder of restored.

“By leveraging advanced 3D printing and AI-driven design, we are restoring mobility and improving lives—whether its helping patients return to work, get back on the golf course, or simply walk without pain. This approach has allowed us to expand market share efficiently, rapidly enter new segments, and drive strong year-over-year growth. This funding allows us to further scale our technology, expand access to truly personalized care, and continue setting new standards in orthopedic treatment. We are redefining what’s possible in orthopedics to better serve our surgeons and patients.”

restor3d has also announced plans to deploy newly secured funding to advance the commercialization of four fully 3D-printed orthopedic implant systems, aiming to expand access to patient-specific surgical solutions and improve clinical outcomes.

The portfolio includes the Veritas Reverse Total Shoulder System, which is pending FDA 510(k) clearance. It features a patient-specific baseplate and single-tray instrumentation to improve surgical efficiency and joint alignment. Both implants utilize TIDAL Technology for enhanced bone integration.

The iTotal Identity 3DP Porous Cementless Total Knee, recently FDA-cleared, is the first fully cementless, patient-specific knee system, designed for improved fit and alignment without intraoperative adjustments.

Also included is the Kinos Modular Stem Total Ankle System, FDA-cleared last year, designed for anterior surgical approaches with a focus on flexibility and patient fit.

The fourth system, the Velora 3DP Porous Acetabular System, is a porous hip cup currently pending FDA clearance, aimed at supporting long-term stability and osseointegration.

The funding will support restor3d’s continued investment in scalable, personalized orthopedic technologies.
