Peak Technology, a global provider of advanced prototyping and manufacturing solutions, has announced the acquisition of Jinxbot 3D Printing, a specialist in high-mix, rapid-turn additive manufacturing. The acquisition aims to bolster Peak’s capabilities in serving OEMs across the semiconductor, biomedical, aerospace, and broader deep tech sectors.
Founded in 2015 by Jason Reynolds, Jinxbot has earned a reputation as a flexible and inventive 3D printing and design company, known for its ability to address complex and time-sensitive manufacturing challenges. Operating out of Silicon Valley, Jinxbot serves a diverse customer base ranging from local artists and startups to engineers at Fortune 500 companies. The firm’s expertise in creative prototyping and technical consulting has positioned it as a valuable player in the additive manufacturing landscape.
According to Robert de Neve, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate Venture at Peak Technology, the acquisition represents a key milestone in the company’s strategic roadmap. “Jinxbot brings exactly the kind of agile, idea-to-object capability that OEMs require as they move toward increasingly complex, high-performance systems,” said de Neve. “This move strengthens our ability to deliver integrated, responsive additive manufacturing solutions on a global scale.”
