The smart home security company, Lindo launches its first product, Mega Plus Dual-Cam Video Doorbell 2K. The new doorbell has two cameras facing doorway and downward to eliminate blind spots.
This Lindo’s first product opens the global product doorway. The product will be available for presell on Kickstarter at the end of July.
According to Lindo’s CEO, Lindo was inspired by complaints from his landlord who used to complain about sneaky porch pirate stealing packages and never be detected by his video doorbell. That’s why the creative idea of Dual-Cam video doorbell came out.
Lindo Mega Plus Dual-Cam Video Doorbell comes with dual assurance features – dual camera and dual sensors. While the video doorbell features a 2k forward facing camera to monitor the entryways and a second downward facing camera to detect packages’ delivery, it is also integrated with two sensors. These two sensors – radar and PIR scans for movement and PIR scans for body heat. Combined with human motion detection, the camera can filter out falling leaves or flying bugs to eliminate any false alarm.
The video camera supports wired and battery-powered installation. For wired installation, even if power fails, the doorbell is able to work with battery backup.
Some of the other Lindo Mega Plus Dual-Cam Video Doorbell features are two-way talk, quick respond, activity zones, infrared night vision and IP67 waterproof.
