Power Integrations Picks Nancy Erba to Lead Financial Growth

Power Integrations, a supplier of high-voltage semiconductor technologies, has named Nancy Erba as its next chief financial officer, effective January 5, 2026.

Erba joins the Nasdaq-listed company after a more than 25-year career in corporate finance, most recently serving as CFO of Infinera Corporation, a maker of optical networking systems and optical semiconductors. She held the role from 2019 until the company’s acquisition by Nokia earlier this year. Prior to that, she served as CFO of Immersion Corporation, a leader in haptic technology, and spent over a decade at Seagate Technology, where she held senior positions across finance, business operations and corporate development.

Erba also serves on the board of directors and chairs the audit committee at PDF Solutions, a provider of data and analytics tools for the semiconductor and electronics industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Smith College and an MBA from Baylor University.

Power Integrations CEO Jen Lloyd said the company is bringing Erba on board as it prepares for its next phase of expansion. “Nancy brings an outstanding track record of financial stewardship and shareholder value creation, combined with deep experience in the technology sector, including key end markets such as data center,” Lloyd said. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we sharpen our strategy and accelerate our growth.”

Erba said she is joining the company at a time when long-term demand trends—including AI, electrification and decarbonization—are creating new opportunities for high-voltage semiconductor suppliers. “Power Integrations is uniquely positioned with financial strength, an innovative culture, and transformative technologies such as PowiGaN™ to capitalize on this growth opportunity,” she said. “I look forward to partnering with the team to drive sustainable growth and shareholder value.”

The appointment comes as Power Integrations seeks to expand its presence across fast-growing applications such as data centers, EVs and renewable energy systems.
