Faye Tylee Succeeds Dara Altman as the CHRO of SiriusXM

North America’s audio entertainment company, SiriusXM Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) picks Faye Tylee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective March 1, 2022. He will succeed the company’s Chief Administrative Officer, Dara Altman, who will be retiring after serving in senior management positions with the company since 2006.

 

Dara will work along with Faye till end of May 2022 to ensure a seamless transition.

 

Faye will report directly to SiriusXM CEO Jennifer Witz and will lead the teams that support SiriusXM’s Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Culture and Employee Experience, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners and Employee Relations, Learning and Development, HR People Services and Analytics, as well as the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, and social impact programs.

 

Faye holds over 25 years of global human resources leadership experience. Prior to joining SiriusXM, she was associated with Avaya Holdings Corp. Before this, she was the Executive VP, HR for Wyndham Worldwide.
