The provider of high-reliability, quick-turn electronics manufacturing company, Naprotek, LLC, has acquired SemiGen, Inc., a privately held Londonderry, New Hampshire based company. The new addition will increase Naprotek’s capabilities to include advanced RF/Microwave products, assembly and test services. The acquisition will also expand Naprotek’s reach across the US.
SemiGen is a 2009 founded company that provides products and servies to the RF/Microwave community across market including defense, SATCOM, space and advanced communications. Its range of products include passive and active semiconductor components ranging from attenuators, capacitors, diodes, filters, and resistors to complex thin film circuits. Its manufacturing services span from RF/Microwave and PCB assembly to performance testing and in-house ion beam foundry.

Naprotek is a part of Edgewater Capital Partners, which was acquired by the later in December last year. Naprotek is strategically growing its capabilities in high-quality, technically different electronic technology solutions to better serve its customers and their high-reliability applications.
