Leading 3D printing companies PioCreat, ELEGOO, and Creality showcased their latest technologies and full-spectrum solutions at Formnext 2025, held from November 18–21 at the Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Centre, highlighting advancements across dental, medical, industrial, consumer, and AI-driven applications.
PioCreat, located at Booth 12.1-C02, emphasized its comprehensive 3D printing ecosystem, integrating hardware, software, materials, and automated production solutions for global partners. The company demonstrated innovations across four key segments: dental, medical orthotics and prosthetics, industrial, and consumer applications. Its PioNext Mini dental printer offers a compact, portable solution with dual resin tanks capable of producing crowns in 10 minutes and high-transparency, polishing-free results. Medical solutions including the MS01 SE and IPX2 printers enable patient-specific scoliosis braces, prosthetic sockets, and insoles, with production cycles ranging from one to seven hours per device. Industrial users were presented with the G5 Ultra, a high-speed pellet-based printer designed for cost-effective and sustainable manufacturing. Consumer and entry-level users were targeted with the HALOT-X1 Combo, a 16K resin printer with a top-down motion system and quick-release build plate for simplified, high-quality printing.
ELEGOO’s exhibition emphasized end-to-end consumer 3D printing solutions. Its Nexprint platform, launched in August, connects creators globally while incentivizing contributions through a $1 million creator fund. The company also showcased its hardware portfolio, including the Centauri Carbon series, Saturn series, Mars 5 series, and the newly introduced Jupiter 2, a 14-inch 16K LCD printer for detailed large-scale models, and Centauri Carbon 2, a desktop multicolor FDM printer with RFID filament recognition. ELEGOO demonstrated its versatility in materials with over 70 vases printed using 10 filament types in seven colors and highlighted fiber-reinforced filaments for enhanced durability. Kevin Wang, Co-founder and VP, said the company aims to accelerate consumer adoption of 3D printing and expand access to creative solutions worldwide.
Creality showcased new-generation printers, laser systems, and AI-driven modelling tools at Formnext 2025, under the theme “AI + 3D Printing: Smarter Creativity in Action.” The company unveiled the Ender-3 V4 3D printer, Falcon T1 5-in-1 laser engraver, Sermoon P1 3D scanner, and CubeMe AI tool for generating personalized 3D models from photos. Creality also hosted workshops exploring AI applications in design and education, combining interactive experiences with large-scale creative displays, including a “Cyberpunk City” diorama integrating FDM, resin printing, and laser engraving.
The exhibitions from PioCreat, ELEGOO, and Creality highlighted how advanced 3D printing and AI-driven tools are transforming manufacturing, prototyping, and consumer creativity. Formnext 2025 provided a platform for companies to engage global partners, demonstrate new technologies, and explore collaboration opportunities, emphasizing the growing convergence of precision engineering, intelligent software, and materials innovation in additive manufacturing.
